Reporting And Perfomance
At Concierge Cleaning Services we utilize the latest in mobile device technology. Every property is given an iPhone for managers to communicate and monitor employees. Employees can use these devices to review property information, complete work orders, and check in and out. Concierge Cleaning Services has developed a service that informs our management team if employees have not checked in within 15 minutes of their scheduled shift. In the event someone does not show for service, our team can make the necessary arrangements for coverage and communication to our clients.
Cleaning Equipment
The cleaning equipment used by Concierge Cleaning Services are selected on a per property basis. All equipment meet or exceed LEED standards for environmental friendliness and efficiency. We use color coded micro fiber cloths and mops combined with safe and responsibly developed cleaning chemicals. Our staff is specially trained in the use of all property specific cleaning equipment. We understand that the use and storage of our equipment should always have a minimal footprint on your property and go unnoticed by your tenants. The use and storage of our equipment is continually adjusted based on the needs of your property. All onsite cleaning equipment is tracked, monitored, and serviced utilizing our specially developed mobile technology.
Security and Staff
The security of your property and tenant information is of the highest importance to us. All property and tenant information is kept in our specially developed database. All information is encrypted and can only be read by applicable employees and site managers authenticated with two step verification to ensure your information is kept secure. Our staff continually goes through safety, compliance, and customer service training. We believe that our staff is a representation of our brand. Our staff are encouraged to take a hospitality approach when cleaning at a property. Opening a non-secured door or a cheerful “good morning” are small but very impactful changes which we believe sets us apart from our competition.
